Modernized Designing & Manufacturing

With the vision to keep with time and era, in 2023 Zest Corporation proudly added a 38OOO square feet manufacturing and office facility equipped with futuristic technology, skilled craftsmen and professional managers in a lush green environment at Surat, Gujarat. This new marvel of jewellery manufacturing has been planned for professionals to feel delighted. Equipped with entertainment zones, indoor games, outdoor sports and a cafeteria for healthy food, this facility has healthcare facility with the presence of healthcare workers, motivational speakers and qualified doctors. Interestingly, this facility can accommodate the strength of up to 900 workers and can produce jewellery to the tune of 1,85,000 pieces approximately.

Born humbly in a 2000 square feet working space and a team of 50 workers, Zest Corporation is one of the leading manufacturers of Diamond Jewelry in India now. With many ups and downs it feels nostalgic to go back in the history and recall not few but many milestones achieved in this journey so far.

Zest Corporation made a humble beginning at a small 1500 square feet factory cum office space in Mumbai with a team of just 50 people.

Commenced the Inter-state business operations with the establishment of a fully functional office at national capital Delhi.

With showing presence the retail market of Punjab, Zest Corporation marked its Business Expansion in the north of India.

A year which celebrated successful acquisition of 50 new Independent retailers as customers

Moved to a new premise at MIDC, Mumbai with a clear sign of business growth while increasing the count of work force to 100 dedicated personnel

Accomplished another milestone of acquiring 100 new independent retail outlets as customers and strengthened design support with the collaboration of international designers to be in tune with contemporary designs and trends.

Added more space in the production facility with an increase in workforce with 150 highly skilled workers.

Refurbished production with acquisition of new technology and upgradation with new equipment. Not just that added 150 independent retail stores as the valued clients.

A year affected by the adverseness of pandemic. Zest Corporation showed resilience with an unstoppable attitude and established a new office at Chandigarh. With a vision to go extra miles in business and to give a better work environment to its people in the new decade, bought a plot to develop a responsible, people and planet friendly business and manufacturing facility at Surat, Gujarat.

Laid the foundation stone for the new factory in Surat, Gujarat, and auspiciously began the construction with the blueprint of an ultramodern, growth and human capital centric design finalisation.

To match the international standards and partner business’s expectations for better finished output, Installed a new cad-cam machine at under construction factory facility at Surat .

Inaugurated a futuristic ultramodern, employee friendly, environment friendly and motivating production plant at Surat equipped with new machinery and technologies.

In the middle natural environment a new factory has been developed for craftsmen, workers and business managers to work in healthy and happy environment, where a team of up to 900 members can work together. The modern and latest technology machines installed at this facility include direct gold casting technology machines, CAM machines, lab- grown diamond testing machines, gold purity testing machines and automatic jewellery casting machines. Beside machines and technology, this marvel is enriched with research and development facility and highly qualified faculty members who help in design innovation and productivity enhancement. As work - work all the time makes jack a dull boy, this facility is equipped to entertain and recreate with a theatre, indoor game’s centre, volley ball and cricket grounds where the workforce can play friendly matches or listen to motivational speakers to get inspired and feel motivated.
